AVC Group expands product range with Litepanels
The product portfolio of the AVC Group has been expanded and includes now lighting based on the LED technology of the renowned American company
Litepanels, member of the Camera Dynamics Group (Sachtler, Vinten,
Petrol Bags, …).
The soft light makes the new generation of Litepanels LED
lighting extremely suitable for the high definition TV production
industry. Litepanels’ next generation technology saves big on energy
consumption. The Litepanels fixtures draw less than 5% of the electrical
power of tungsten-lamp fixtures. And because Litepanels’ LEDs generate
practically no heat, there are similar savings in air conditioning
costs. The more than 50,000-hour life of Litepanels’ LEDs (which
provide over 10 years of life even under daily usage) currently makes
it the most economic lighting technology in TV and film recordings.
