Genelec Extended Warranty Policy
Genelec aims to be the leading company in terms of sustainable development in the audio industry. Few days ago they opened a website to highlight some of the efforts towards a sustainable future (www.genelec.com/sustainability). One of the main steps towards this goal is the long lifetime of our products.
Based on this fact, Genelec has now opened up a possibility to extend the warranty for selected products from 2 years to 4 years by registering the product serial numbers in the Genelec Community. The extended warranty only applies to the following products and product lines: 6010A, 5040A, 8130A, 8240A, 8250A, all analogue 8000 Series and 7000 Series products.
Genelec provides free spare parts for all the extended warranty cases
handled by distributors. Customer needs to present the extended warranty
certificate to the service center in order to be entitled to the
extended warranty. The certificate can be printed out from the Community
site.
