PungaNet – Networking of radio stations
In the new issue of Radio World Igor Zukina from the AVC office in Auckland (New Zealand) describes the project of networking of radio stations PungaNet.
PungaNet is a system for distributing and connecting a total of 23 radio stations in New Zealand over IP networks, both live and sharing stored content on demand. Networking is achieved by using Axia technology and Telos iPort, barry of eight IP codecs that was developed by Telos in cooperation with the AVC Team from New Zealand.
