RTV Slovenia Radio Master Control Room

RTV Slovenia encompasses several studios where the national radio programmes are recorded and performed live. To ensure an uninterrupted connection and switching among them, we installed the completely digital, decentralized radio audio matrix Lawo Nova 73 with 392 inputs and 392 outputs into the Master Control Room. Reliable performance is ensured with redundant components (power supply, processing core and control units) with automatic switch-over in case of a failure. Optical interconnections are also redundant. This technological and logistically very demanding project was successfully concluded in October 2004.
