Digital conference system with voting

Town Municipality of Novo mesto is one of the eleven Town Municipalities in Slovenia.

Through history Novo mesto established itself as economic and cultural centre of the Dolenjska region. Its responsibility is to lead the region in further development and future European integration processes.
They have moved in to completely renovated premises Rotovž in the old centre part of the town. Due to premise’s renovation they have also decided to change their daily working conditions and follow technology development.

Winning the tender AVC has installed digital conference system with voting possibilities based on DIS 6000 system, together with two 42” plasma screens showing voting results. System is completely managed by a Mayor using 15” touch screen. Additionally presentation system was installed, based on 5000 ANSI lumen DLP projector with electric screen and small PA system for the hall was also installed consisting of JBL Control speakers.
Custom made delegate units were delivered with Slovenian text printed and because of DIS SW6000 software flexibility unique solutions have been provided in order to make Mayor’s job as simple as possible.
